The short answer, it depends. On some events, headcount to limited and therefore non-shooting person may not be allowed. Other events they could be. The best answer is to contact the event organizer and they will let you know.

The "Internet Privacy Protection Act" has really tightened up what consumers of data may display to other users. Allow users to see where other individuals will be and when is a gray area in that it provides information to that may be misused. After reviewing these standards, CVPW decided to error on the side of not showing this data for your protection.
