These are our registration and cancellation policies
All of our events from Meetup are also listed on the Creative Vision website. (www.creativevisionpw.com) This is also where all registration and payment will take place. Events on the Meetup site may display “Event Full” and offer a waitlist. This happens due to limitations in the Meetup web site. You will need to use the link in the description to go to Creative Vision web page for that event to see if the event has space available. You must register on the Creative Vision web site to guarantee your spot for any event. After registration, you can view and confirm any events you have registered for; Click on Dashboard and then View my registrations.
It's important for members to be aware of the refund policies for Creative Vision Photography Workshops which are outlined below. Any questions regarding these policies please contact your event organizer for the event in question.
Definition of Events
GENERAL REFUND POLICY FOR ALL EVENTS
There are clearly stated Refund and Cancellation Policies that are built into each of the different event types. Some events will have special refund and cancelation policies which will be part of the event description on both the Meetup and Creative Vision event web page. These special policies may supersede the regular policy or be an addition. Contact the event organizer with any questions.
The content for any event may change from that advertised based on weather, access to shooting locations and other unforeseen situations. Whenever possible, registered students will be notified ahead of time of any changes. CVPW reserves the right to cancel any program that does not meet minimum participant requirements, in which case participants will be informed as soon as possible and all money paid to Creative Vision will be refunded. CVPW is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of a course cancellation. We encourage participants to purchase refundable airline tickets and consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance where applicable.
In order to receive a refund, you must email the organizer of the event and ask for the refund. This is the only way to receive an approved refund. No refunds will be issued after event starts.
Approved refunds are made in the manner of original payment. Credit card payments are processed though PayPal. Payments made by check will be mailed to address on file. Please allow 14 days for processing of all refunds.
PHOTO OPS / MEETUP REFUND POLICY
You may request a refund for any Photo Ops /Meetup event 48 hours or more from the start of the event. There will be no refund issued within the 48 hour time frame. You are always welcome to allow someone to use your spot. Please communicate this to the event organizer with the name, email and phone number for the person taking your spot.

For any student class cancellations, Creative Vision Photography Workshops (CVPW) cancellation policy is as follows:
LOW ENROLLMENT: If a workshop has insufficient enrollment to run, we reserve the right to cancel the workshop AT ANY TIME prior to the start of the event. If this happens, you will be notified by email and reimbursed in full. Usually if a minimum number is required for an event, that is communicated in the event listing.
WEATHER: In the case of inclement weather, we will notify all members who have registered for said event at our earliest possible time to reschedule. If it is a paid event, the event fee will be refunded in full.
One of the important reasons for our group is to get together with fellow photographers to shoot pictures and increase your photographic knowledge and abilities. Any inappropriate interactions will not be tolerated. We want everyone to have fun and feel welcome. If this is not the case, please forward any concerns to firstname.lastname@example.org
