This workshop on Long Exposure will be in 2 parts. We will start on Sunday April 11 (6:30 p.m.) for an Etraining session on selecting Neutral Density filters and Camera settings. You will learn how to calculate the exposures for this creative style of photography. Then on Saturday April 17 at 8:00 am, we meet at Stepping Stone Falls park just outside of Flint.
Stepping Stone Falls is one of the Genesee County Parks. There you will be able to apply the techniques and skills you learned during the Virtual session. This Park has numerous spots for great images of the water flowing over the falls. Timothy will be there to over suggestions and assistance. We will also have a number of ND filters (77mm size) for you to use as needed. This allows you to try out this type of shooting before purchasing ND filters.
Etraining / On-line session Sunday Meeting information will be sent to all registered photographers by email. Our meeting time at Stepping Stone Falls is just as it opens for the day at 8:00 a.m.
We will be using all appropriate social protection methods as needed. Expect to have less people at the time of the day. Stepping Stone Falls Park is just off of I-475.
Please contact, via email, the team leader to ask any questions about this event. Thank you!
