We start our day at the Fort Gratiot Lighthouse for a 7:00 am sunrise coming off Lake Huron. Then, we head down to the area under the Blue Water Bridges and Edison Train Depot. If luck is with us, maybe a freighter will be heading under the bridges in front of us. Further down the water front are 2 museum ships. The Light Ship Huron and Coast Guard Bouy Tender Bramble. Flower Day takes place every year on the Sunday after Mother's Day and growers from all over come to show their stuff. Since Sunday is so crowded, we're going early Saturday morning to avoid some of the crowd. No worries, most of Sunday's vendors are there on Saturday as well.
